• Hi, just to clarify: do custom measured floor-length dresses automatically have 5cm added on to

  their length to account for high heals? I am planning to wear flats with the dress. Thank you!

  Yes, we’ll add an extra 5 cm onto custom-sized floor-length dresses and dresses with trains. And if you'd like to wear flats with the dress, just cut the 5cm off from your hollow to floor measurement. Hope you enjoy your shopping here:)

  Our tailor will cut the dress length exactly according to the hollow to the floor measurement you provide. If you'd like the dress longer to better fit a high heel, just add the length you need on to your hollow to the floor measurement. See our guide for help on getting your measurements exactly right.
