Is it possible to get the dress without the sash/bow. Also change the back to lace up and the neckline to sweetheart?

Dress is beautiful and well made. I received my dress in a very timely manner. Only complaint is that the ivory color is more soft white than ivory.

I ordered this dress around mid-August for my late September wedding in Cyprus (I live in Germany). I had already bought another dress but when I saw this one, I knew this was the one for me!
The dress arrived less than 3 weeks after date of order, which was pretty unbelievable, I didn't think it was going to be ready so fast. As I was traveling at the time, I only got to open it mid-September and found out, much to my surprise (shock is probably a better word!), that the dress was about 15cm too short, my feet were showing from ankles down although it was supposed to be a floor length dress. Customer service were very helpful and efficient, and offered a few options to solve the problem, including a full refund. As my heart was set on this particular dress, I did not want to send it back for a refund but instead I found a seamstress who was able to source the exact same fabric locally and re-create the bottom part which was too short. The refund issued by Light in the Box pretty much covered the cost of alteration, so that worked out good, can not complain. The result was spectacular - not exactly like the original (my dress does not have pleats at the bottom), but the overall effect was stunning. I got so many compliments on it, both at the wedding and after, when friends and family that did not attend saw the pictures.
The dress is very well put together, quality of the fabric is great and the level of detail impeccable. The dress looked EXACTLY like the one on the website (that was my big concern when ordering), so if you are buying from this company you can be sure that you will get what you see. If it wasn't for the issue with the length, this would have been the best online purchase ever. This is an exceptionally elegant and unique dress - perfect for a destination, beach or summer wedding. I love it so much I wish I could wear it again! :-)

i wanted to ask if it's possible that the dress above can be made in any other colour besides the colours you can select from?

Is it possible to change the back to lace up instead of the zipper? Also the neckline to sweetheart instead of straight?

I live in NZ and had ordered a dress online from another company and when i received the dress i was very disappointed with it - it was not as per the picture i saw and the quality was average.
So i frantically search google for other wedding websites and came across Light in the Box. I was very surprised with the range of dresses and found quite a few i liked but narrowed it down to this one which had everything i was looking for. However, as i was let down by the other online company i was a bit hesitant to go ahead with the purchase but after reading various reviews and seeing actual photos of other dresses on brides to be, i decided to go ahead and order this dress and i'm glad i did, i was pleasantly surprised :) I ordered the dress early July 2011 and received it early August via expedited shipping - another fantastic service. The quality of the workmanship of the dress would be what i would expect if i were to buy a gown off the rack at a bridal store. I ordered a standard size 6 and apart from a small adjustment required to the bust and length, it was perfect.
I have uploaded a front and back view of the dress before being altered.
There is no way i would be able to afford a wedding gown like this at a botique and they probably wouldn't stock it anyway, which makes this dress even more special to walk out in something that none of the guests will have seen before. So thank you Light in the Box for providing me with a dress i love, fantastic service and excellent quality.... i'm a very happy bride to be!

Hello, I like the look of this dress. I would like to ask if it comes with boning AND built in inner bustier? Also, if I order now, can I be guaranteed that the dress will arrive here until 10th September? I am based in Germany.
