As for the extra costs you mentioned, it should be import tariff. We don't charge such fees. But since we are based in China, for international transportation, different countries have different import policies. Please consult with your local Customs to check if you will be charged for this fee.

Sorry for any confusions made. The dress length might look different as it is on different models of different heights. And basically, the dress (the shorter layer in the front) is about ankle length as shown in the new photos.
