He quedado satisfecho con la compra y el tiempo de entrega, el grifo es muy bonito quizas y por poner alguna pega me parece un poco grande para poner en el mueble del baño,quedaria mejor en una bañera, pero que muy bien por el resto, eso sí, hay que contar siempre con los 30 o 36 euros de costes añadidos por temas de aduanas, cosa que explican tambien en esta web http://www.lightinthebox.com/es/knowledge-base/c1043/a2592.html para los que dicen que no informan de este detalle. Gracias y enhorabunea a Lightinthebox.

Estupendo. Llegó en 4 ó 5 días. Embalaje buenísimo, en su caja indicando lo que trae, instrucciones, entre corcho blanco.Me lo han instalado hoy y queda muy bien. Los colores cambian según la temperatura y ahora me he pedido una boquilla para el grifo del fregadero de la cocina. ¡Qué vicio!. Voy a poner mi vida de colores. Os envío foto.

Los grifos son de muy buena calidad, pero el plazo de entrega de 24 horas no se ha cumplido, pues se han demorado 8 días, ya que los productos vienen de China, lo cual no se sabe hasta que realizas el pago con la tarjeta. Por este motivo, quedan retenidos en Aduana y para retirarlos hay que pagar el IVA + aranceles aduaneros+ tasas de Correos, (en mi caso un total de 80 euros).

Resulta imposible contactar con la empresa para que remitan una factura de la compra.

Este accesorio le encantó a mi hija, le dió un toque diferente a su baño. A mí me encantó, sobretodo su precio. Cuando hice mi órden programé una semana para su instalación, pero la recibí en sólo tres días. Otra cosa es que esperaba que fuera más chica, pero el tamaño es funcional.

  • Hoe krijg ik de led verlichting uit van de kraan? Als ik de watertoevoer afsluit, gaat led niet uit.

    Beste klantenservice,

    Ik heb bij u een set badkranenen gekocht voor ca een maand geleden. Na aansluiten van de kranen werkte de ledverlichting perfect. Bij het openen van de kraan ging de led branden. en vervolgens bij het sluiten van de watertoevoer, weer uit.

    Nu heb ik sinds gisteravond dat een van de kranen een storing geeft. Bij het sluiten van de watertoevoer gaat de led verlichting niet meer uit. Ik heb nu het kabeltje maar uit de batterijhouder getrokken maar dat lijkt me niet de bedoeling.

    Kunt u mij hiervoor een oplossing aanreiken? Ik vind het erg vervelend dat de storing nu al op treedt. De kranen zijn nauwelijks gemonteerd.

    There might be one of the following three reasons that result in the LED light faulty.
    One reason is that the impurities or scale inside the faucet still leads to the electric conduction. Please wash away that impurities and scale with water in that case. If it does not work, you may refer to the second reason and try another way.
    Second reason is certain water is left in the faucet that can conduct the electricity even you have switched off the faucet. If this happens, please turn the faucet to the cold water side and switch the water on/off as soon as possible. In that way, the water can be removed from the faucet. If this method does not work, it might be something wrong with the LED circuit. Please log in to “My Orders,” click on your order number and use the links on the order’s details page to submit a request explaining your needs.
