      Hice un pedido el pasado día 13 de enero y a día 21 de febrero aún no tengo el vestido. La boda ya ha pasado y yo sigo sin tener respuesta.
      He enviado unos 30 emails y nunca tengo respuesta. Me he metido en el chat y he hablado con ellos, me dijeron que es que todos habían estado de vacaciones (¿creible?), que me darían una solución en 24h y tras 72 horas aún no sé nada.
      Me he vuelto a conectar al chat y me han dejado con la palabra en la boca......pagué más de 100 euros por algo que no tengo.
      ¿Pensáis que una empresa sería actuaría así?Pues os podéis imaginar la seriedad de esta empresa.
      VERGONZOSO!!!!!!

      el vestido ha llegado en unos 25 dias(lo pactado),la calidad es buena,lastima que me queda grande (culpa mia) .por cierto en España se pagan casi 40 euros de aduana os aviso,me parece un robo pero en este pais cualquier cosa.

      el vestido no es lo que esperaba. me anime viendo los comentarios de la gente pero a mi no me ha gustado. lo pedi en negro para que fuera como el de la foto, pero el encaje es muy diferente al mostrado y no me queda muy bien, un poco grande. Sin embargo, he pedido un vestido baratisimo, negro, en encaje y es mucho mas chulo que este. sin embargo, ha llegado todo a tiempo y sin problemas, pero por 3 cosas que he pedido he pagado 80 euros de aranceles... demasiado para un vestido que no me voy a poner.

      Excellent product and service. Dress received looked exactly like the photo and fitted perfectly - this was the first one of three for the bridal party and can't wait for the day to show these off. Certainly a site to be recommended.

      Colour different to how it looked on screen. I chose grape but would describe it more as red wine colour. Would order a colour swatch before ordering again. Fit is good - I chose made to measure as I am top heavy and I am pleased with the fit. The cleavage is slightly lower than it looks in the picture. Overall I'm pleased with the dress.

        The hollow to floor measurements seem to be for a very tall woman, all the other measurements match, except this one - by a long way. Also, to do custom sizing it only asks for hollow to floor length, but this is knee length dress, why doesn't it ask for hollow to hem?
