When I ordered my Queena dress, I didn't have any reference from any friend of mine, so I had no clue of what I could receive....Once it arrived, I'm quite pleased with my "chinese experiment" because of the following:
The timing of shipping was right (although the UPS guy asked me for a 35% of the value of the dress in cash before handing it in to me at home.... He said it was the "customs fees".)
The dress is very well done. However, the material is "Silk Like Satin: 100% polyester Silk", I would have loved it to be natural silk, even if the price had been a little bit higher,,, it is very well sewed, and it's just the same of what you see in the model's picture, but you cannot think you have the "perfect dress" if that dress is done out of polyester silk. Silk must be SILK always, mostly when it's for some special ocassion. I hope they take this comment as a reference for the future and give this option to the lightinthebox.com's clients, it would be great! The perfect dress done out of a great tissue!!

J'ai commandé cette robe le 7 juin 2013 et j'ai payé le supplément pour l'avoir dans les trois jours ouvrables. Nous sommes le 17 juin et je n'ai toujours pas ma robe. Je suis allée sur internet et j'ai voulu les appeler pour me plaindre et demander un remboursement. Cherchez le numéro de téléphone pour les rejoindre...IMPOSSIBLE!!!! De plus, je viens de voir sur le site que la robe devrait m'être livrée le 20 juin; ce qui est 11 jours ouvrables plus tard. Je trouve que ça commence très mal et surtout qu'il est impossible de les rejoindre, je trouve que ce genre de site si peu fiable et professionnel ne devrait pas exister. Je peux vous garantir que le paiement était pris le même jour. Pour le moment, je suis bien déçue de mon expérience.

Das Kleid ist auf dem Produktbild zwar schön, als es bei mir ankam, war es aber wegen der nicht guten Verarbeitung eher entstellt. Schiefe Säume, am Oberteil wirft es an den Nähten Beulen. Die Cubs sind auch nicht richtig eingearbeitet und schauen ein wenig am Ausschnitt hervor. Der Stoff ist qualitativ gewöhnungsedürtig - wenig angenehm auf der Haut. LightintheBox hat auf die Reklamation bisher nicht reagiert, möchte aber eine Bewertung. Das wurde hiermit erledigt.
Ich kann auch bestätigen, dass die Träger nicht wie auf dem Bild angegeben sind. Sie liegen wie bei einem Standardkleid auf den Schultern auf. Damit ist das Kleid nicht so elegant wie auf den Bildern vorgegeben.

I custom ordered this dress for my daughters wedding. The dress arrived quickly, less than 2 weeks from order to arrival. The dress is beautifully made with high quality material. There was a problem with the bust measurement. It was quite big and baggy on the top and the shoulders were about 2 inches above my shoulders. It fit perfectly in the waist and hips. I contacted lightinthebox and received an return email the next day asking for a more detailed description. I replied with 2 photos and was offered 3 options to rectify the situation. I chose to keep the dress (as it was really beautiful) and get the bust altered here. Lightinthebox would refund 1/2 the purchase price of the dress to my paypay account to pay for the alterations. I was happily surprised to see the refund there a few hours later. Customer service at lightinthbox is beyond excellent. Even with the measurement problem, I would not hesitate to purchase from them again because the quality, value and commitment to customer satisfaction is great.

Fit my tall step daughter well, she filled out the bodice well, may run large in that area for smaller topped girls.

I am getting married in a few months time and have 4 adult bridesmaids. One of my bridesmaids is over 6 feet tall and therefore didnt fit into any floor length dress in any shop. I knew I would have to get one made but didnt want so spend a fortune. So I did a little research and came accross this website. I was quite apprehensive about ordering it initially, so ordered just my tall bridesmaids dress (i figured if it was the wrong size, or poorly made i would have time to sort something else out for her). When it arrived I was amazed at the quality of the dress. It fitted well, and was very well made. It was as good as, if not better than any good quality shop bought dress. An absolute bargain considering all other tailored quotes I had recieved (which had been double the price of this dress). I highly reccommend this dress, and have even ordered 3 more for my other bridesmaids!

The dress fits beautifully and is very flattering. I was also pleased with the time it took to arrive after ordering. I will be recommending Light in the Box to others who are after custom made outfits at very reasonable prices.

I ordered this dress in Burgundy for my son's wedding on 12/28/12. I was slightly disappointed that the color was more of a cranberry than a burgundy, but loved it anyway. The mother of the bride also bought her dress on here and recommended this site to me. We looked great together with our LIB dresses. She wore a dark hunter green and I wore the burgundy/cranberry both in chiffon- we made a cute Christmas pair.

The silver, as shown, does not do this dress justice, it was very pretty in my burgundy/cranberry color and oh sooooo well made. I received so many compliments. I wish I had it custom made as I had to have it hemmed as it was about 8 inches too long and I am 5'7". I weigh 170 lbs. and usually wear a large/xlarge in clothes or 16 in a dress/pants. I went with 16W because I had a waist size that fell in that size range. The dress was way too big in the bust and I had to pin it at the last minute, but in all it looked stunning.

It is March and I am shopping for my dress for the twin of the son married in December- this wedding is in June and I am looking at the knee and tea length dresses. I am recommending this site to the mother of the June bride. Right now we are just coordinating what we will buy.

One thing I wish I could do is to see the color options besides the ones pictured. I have copied the dresses and dropped them into photoshop to adjust the colors. Still, it would be so much easier if the site did that.
