    Hi,

    This follows my previous query and I need urgently send the query to customer service team. However, on'my order' page, it only gives me the option to change my deliver address and check my import duties. I can't see a link to check my order progress etc. and there is no link that i can submit a query to customer service.

    please advice how i can get in touch with customer service or forward my previuos query to them if possible.

    Hi,

    I have bought this item and the payment was made on the 4th July 2012.

    On your earlier response to my query, you mentioned that it will take 13-16 working days for tailering and shipping time of 3-8 days.

    But when I look at the order progress section, it says the expected shipping date is the 7th August. This date would be too late for me, as I will leave the UK by the end of July and return to China.

    Could you please help to track on this order to make sure that it is delivered to me before end of July?
