R: Cada vestido es cuidadosamente confeccionado para coincidir exactamente con lo que se ve en las fotos y lamentablemente no somos capaces de modificar el estilo, la longitud o el material de cualquier manera.
P: ¿Mi vestido tendrá el mismo color que el que veo en tu página?
R: Puede haber una ligera diferencia entre el color del vestido real y el que se ve en la foto dependiendo de la configuración de visualización de tu ordenador.

Pour commencé, ma commende est arrivée dans des délais vraiment cours 1 semaine et demi seulement et puis le site est super bien fait et sécurisé c'est vraiment apréciable!

J'ai reçu ma robe il y a quelques jour mais je n'ai pas encore eu l'occasion de la porter car mon bal se déroule dans deux semaine. La robe est vraiment magnifique et super bien terminée, elle ma va pil-poil ( grâce au mesure prise).
Je le trouve vraiment originale et la coupe est juste parfaite.
Je me réjoui de la porter d'ici quelques jours.

Merci beaucoup, je sens que le site lightinthebox va être dans mes favori et que je risque de refaire une commande d'ici peut.

Robe magnifique. J'ai choisi de la faire sur mesure car les tailles standards sont bizarres.
Je l'ai reçu en à peine deux semaines.

Das Kleid sieht nahezu gleich aus wie auf den dargestellten Fotos. Das Problem is nur dass es für mich links und rechts einfach zu voluminös ist und auch an der Rückseite sieht es ein bisschen eigenartig aus.

Ich werde das Kleid zurückschicken.

Dress took average time to arrive however was a little disappointed when I opened the box - I must add that the packaging of the dress was very well done, enclosed in a box & sealed in a zip tight bag, however when I took the dress out of it's packaging it was a little damaged on the back - on a section of the tulle part of the dress the spots seemed to be faded, or rather have 'rubbed off' and also only one side of the dress was pinned up from the side. I took photos & reported this immediately, & soon enough received a reply with 4 options:
1. I was offered half the price of the dress back as a refund to take the dress for alterations myself - if it cost more I would be refunded a max of the full dress price (receipt must be shown)
2. a $70 voucher from lightinthebox valid for roughly a year
3. Return dress for replacement
4. Return dress for full refund (dress would have to be checked out first).
I ended up taking the $70 voucher, ordered a different dress & took this one to my seamstress for alterations, as if I returned the dress I'd have to pay postage again to get it back to Lightinthebox & was told it would take roughly a month & then pay another fee upon it's return due to my address being in Europe, as upon arrival of this package I had to pay another €38 to the courier service (I did know about this beforehand though).
This experience was unfortunate, however I was happy with the service & fast response, I just hope that the 2nd dress ordered arrives in time & with no problems this time round.

Q: I thought the satin color underneath could be chosen? I was under the impressions that you could pick whatever color satin you wanted for the color of the dress. I wanted to know if the polka dot overlay only came in black, or if the polka dots could be anther color as well? Can you not change any part of this dress, it only comes in this colorway?
