1. the bright yellow hue is gold but very yellowy
2. The sequins appeared large and spaced too far apart
Long story short, I worried for nothing! It was PERFECT AND EVERYTHING I WANTED! Now, I will say this: The bust-line is very low. It fit great and would have been fine; however, I have a large bust and had a church wedding. After careful consideration, I decided to add gold satin fabric onto the bust-line to add more coverage but still keeping the v-shape. (Didn't want to just smack an upside down triangle in there, like most well-endowed women do) "I'm a DIVA!" :-) LOL
To do this, I folded the fabric in a neat but UN-uniformed way and lightly ironed it down. I gathered each end and pinned them together so that the folds would stay. I then hot glued velcro on the inside of the dress (one piece on the inside of each shoulder area and then a large piece at the bottom of the V. I attached the two folded pieces (one on each side). I am not a professional and didn't want to ruin the dress so, I decided not to sew it. Anyway, I hope the tip and pics help you with your special event.
