I will buy from this company again but one must be aware on the time it takes

The product looks exactly as pictured. The only thing is that it arrives in a box so it totally lost its shape. Im trying to reshape it now but the tulle is stiff (which i could tell by the photo so thats fine just making it harder to reshape). Steaming it and trying to reshape little by little every day.
