Lamento mucho el control de calidad de este producto, los zapatos son muy diferentes a como se ven en la fotografía, le falta uno de los brillantes (en la foto que anexo se muestra); los brillantes son de mala calidad. Cuando compré los zapatos me enamoré de ellos, aunque estaban un poco caros quise comprarlos porque pensé que valían la pena, en la foto del catalogo lucen espectaculares, sin embargo, cuando los recibí tuve una gran decepción. No están bien terminados. Los pliegues de enfrente no están bien definidos. Es mucho lo que costaron para lo que recibí. Además, el color es diferente al tono champagne de la bolsa que compré, ambos productos los compré en el mismo pedido pensando que eran del mismo tono.

I received these shoes today and was very pleasantly surprised! The heel is a perfect height, I have bunions and often suffer enormously in heels but I was really happy to find these comfortable (although it was only for 10 minutes, on the big day I know it will more likely be 12 hours!) . The diamante strip is just a tiny bit wonky on the right foot, but honestly for the price I paid for the shoes and the relief at having the right fit, shape, height etc, I'm not arguing..... and under an almost floor length dress I doubt anyone will notice such a small imperfection. The photos on the site give a good representation of these shoes, I am very happy with my purchase. HOWEVER I also agree that the added costs from customs should be highlighted, as I paid 23€ for international shipping and then had an additional 10€ to be paid in CASH on delivery, so that was disappointing. LITB COULD DO MORE TO NOTIFY CUSTOMERS OF THIS HIDDEN COST!

All in all, I'm very pleased that I chose these shoes.

I am very pleased with my shoes and clutch bag ,bought for my daughters wedding. They are well made and as described on the web site including the sizing. I shall be wearing, a around the house to get them really comfortable before the big day.

The shoes are ok. I am more angered by the fact that this company does not make it clear about the custom charges that have to be paid in the UK. Its only after you have received the package that you realise what this means. I am having to pay an extra £15 on top of the postage and packaging. So actually when you think you are getting something a little cheaper you are not. I feel that is probably just as cheap to buy in your own country, as it a risk to take regardingthe quality of the product anyway. Other people maybe aware of these charges but I had no clue and stupidly assumed that all costs were covered. I am dissappointed with this company.

WOW, I just receiced my shoes 2 business days after ordering them. I just tried them on, and they are the most comfortable heels I have ever worn (and I wear heels all the time). They look amazing and I just can't wait to wear them on my wedding day :)
I also really appreciated that DHL courier provided a very detailed tracking service, so I could see exactly where they were up to in the delivery. Thanks heaps for such amazing service!

... mi piacciono molto queste scarpe ma non so che misura ordinare... nella norma porto il 39 e misurando il piede, come da vostre tabelle, c'è qualcosa che non mi torna... lunghezza 24 e larghezza 23... che numero prendo??
