I'd give 0 stars for the shipping.. and the box etc they came in was wrecked.
The shoes are my bridal shoes, and they look fab, great quality. But there were marks on them that weren't possibly made anywhere but the werehouse or transit.
However. I gave 5* for the product itself, not the service, shipping or handling, which was horrendous.

I bought these shoes for my up coming summer wedding and they are just perfect. Exactly like the pictures online and very speedy delivery I had them within 1 week :-) I can't wait to order my wedding dress now...
