i ordred the kit about three weeks a go. it came in about 7 days because i found they were on back order,but it got here and i was excited the kit came with every thing it said on the computer web site lightinthebox. it is a profession tat kit,for beginners and advance tatto artist. i got them because they were stainles steel AND are sturdy frames.so i changed the springs out on two of them the skull i made linner and the other i put a shader spring which is longer. i tuned and tighten all the srews and made some minor ajustments, and i run the hell out of them and they never get hot or warm.so far so good.. i would recomend this kit for any body its perfect if you change springs and make shader. you get a cd with it and it has hundreds of different stencil outlined and colored that you can print it blew my mine the stencils they give me the were haley davidson rebel flags,skulls flowers you name it and it was on the cd. you could size the tats.the cd even has potraits .i will keep shopping with lightinthebox. Im about to buy this kit for my boyfriend, i just hope everything comes out good, scared about it, but the reviews help. when i get this kit i will post another review and let you know how the outcome was.. wish me luck

Tenho que mostrar o desagrado. Paguei, o equipamento veio mas aconteceu algo que nao compreendi, nao me avisaram para o ir buscar aos correios portanto foi reenviado para tras. Uma situaçao que dura a 3 meses. Um dos operadores do chat diz que foi enviado de novo no dia 19 de fevereiro e outro diz que a minha questao esta marcada como urgente que tenho que esperar pela resposta do pos-venda, e o serviço de pos-venda nem sequer me responde. No entanto continuo sem saber qual o desenrolar do meu caso e muito menos o paradeiro do kit que paguei. Estou a perder clientes, ou seja, dinheiro. Se ja enviaram o kit para mim gostaria de poder acompanhar o processo atraves do site para poder o levantar assim que chegue e claro, uma resposta e satisfaçao tambem. Aguardo uma resposta e o meu equipamento.

I like to much this product do you send it to Portugal? when it arrives do i pay any taxs (iva)? do i have any garantee if i pay the product whit western union.
