I am typically a size 2 or 4, but see that my measurements are closer to a size 6 on this dress. Can anyone (in the US) tell me if you have found the dress sizes to be close to the stated size (one size larger than normal?) or did you order your true size regardless of what the website size chart stated? I am a slender girl, and like a tight fit. Feedback would be helpful!

is it possible for you to add a small sash to this dress with the bow at the front?
looking at this for a bridesmaids dress and would prefer if my bridesmaids had a small sash with front bow.
