Would it be possible to purchase some additional fabric, the same as the colour I choose?

I love this dress, but would like to have a local dressmaker add wider straps
and a wrap, as I need to disguise my large upper arms. I would be willing to purchase one or two metres of the fabric. Thank you for your early reply as I would like to order as soon as possible. Thank you.

When measuring for custom measurements, do I measure from hollow to floor or hollow to hem

I am looking at ordering a dress Item No: 00188874 for my sons wedding in FEB 2012.
But i have large arms and am very conscious of them. So I am asking is it possible to get a wrap to go with this dress. Or something to hide the tops of my arms. Which will be colour cordinated to the colour I choose when I order. I am a plus size person so i wish to feel conifident and shine on this wonderful day.
I like the wrap that goes with the dress which is Item 0018879.
