Q: How long can I receive my item?
A: Total Time is based on the tailoring/processing time + shipping time, you will find them in product pages, it is between 5- 28 business days.
Q: Can I return or cancel the shoes if I change my mind?
A: After placing your order, there is still some time to change your mind. However, it is important to note that some of our dance shoes are made to order, and once the creation process has begun, the materials cannot be reused.
Q: Can I order this shoe in a different width/heel height?
A: Dance shoes labeled as “Customized” can be made in the heel height, width, size or color of your choice. You’ll find an explanation and a drop-down selection box for each available customized feature on the shoe’s product page. Please note this option is available for dance shoes in the customized category only.

estas sandalias, son preciosas y comodas,estoy encantada con ellas.
pero me han salido de precio bastante caras po los aranceles y aduanas,
lo que cuenta es la satisfaccion y yo he quedado contenta con el producto, todo el mundo me hace comentarios diciendome que son algo diferente.

Q: I wear a size 8 us..I come up with i would need a size 40 is this about right for me also how long will it be before the shoes will get to US in Texas.? The foot girth is the the widest part circle length of your foot. Based on the foot length, you fit for size 37. But we do recommend you to measure your foot girth again.
