The ivory colour is just divine. Looks like the fake fur I have seen in most Melbourne bridal and dress shops at the fraction of the cost. Please note that the pearl brooch is for show only- you need to add your own clasp if you want the wrap to close in front despite that a safety pin has been attached. Perfect fit and true to measures supplied on site. Can't wait to wear it!

The Faux Fur Special- in Ivory with Pearl Front Closure-Occasion/Wedding Shawl was a great buy. Not only did it fit me perfectly, it looked exactly like the picture on the website.

My only regret is that i did not order it earlier .

I have now bought two of these shawls. The first one arrived very promptly and I liked it so much that I then bought another, which again turned up quickly. They are actually for my maid of honor and my bridesmaid. They are extremely reasonably priced for the quality and I have to say they look fab on the girls. I don't know whether it was just me but I didn't notice on the description of the item that it comes without any kind of clasp to hold the shawl together at the front and are therefore adjustable.

For me this actually worked in my favour as my bridemaid is only 13 and a size 6 and my maid of honor is 28 and a size 10 so a family member is going to attach a little hook and eye to hold it shut. It also means you can position it either as the model is wearing, or so that it sits slightly proud of the shoulders and comes down in more of a V shape. All I would say is that it only just fits an adult size 10/12 (again, correct me if I'm wrong and you can buy an actual size), so anyone looking for something larger might struggle.

Over all though I am very very happy with them and I'm sure they will look lovely on the day, especially as I couldn't find anything of similar price/look/quality in the shops at the moment! Thanks lightinthebox!

The product is overall good quality. The shopping was quick.
However, 2 pearls fell off the front pearl closure when I opened the package. As well, I would have like to know that the front closure was simply a bobby pin. I thought there would be a button sowed or something.

Excellent item, ordered two of these for my wedding. Unfortunately some of the pearl beads did drop off the one shawl. Kept me and my bridesmaid lovely and warm.

I got this product with my wedding dress, so got it earlier than expected. I like the material, but the beads started falling off. 1 bead fell off completely (as seen in the photo) and 2 more are loose. Also, from other reviews, the shawl was supposedly held together using a velcro. However, the product I received came with a rusty looking pin (2nd photo). But this can be easily replaced and I understand why velcro wasn't used (i.e. can get caught on wedding dress and ruin it).

I gave the product 4 stars because I like the product. The beads can be easily stuck back on and the pin replaced. I'm planning to sow a button in place of the pin, so yup, overall, happy. :)

Ordered this shawl on 2 separate occasions for a total of 4 shawls. It does run small but I did find a way to make it usable for the size 16 girls--we moved it up higher and folded the excess back down so that the fur went across the back of the neck which gave it a very pretty high back neck look. Unfortunately, every single one of the pearl embellishments fell apart with the pearl beads bouncing everywhere. Being very careful, they can be removed and replaced with appliques or crystal pins.

Shipping and delivery on both occasions was very fast.
