Salve, purtroppo non riesco a contattare il servizio clienti quindi ho deciso di scrivere una recensione con la speranza che potete rispondermi al più presto visto che è URGENTE.. Ho notato che il mio ordine è ancora in fase di processamento, io mi sposo il 30 maggio e ancora sia il mio vestito che gli altri 3 non sono stati inviati... Ho scelto la spedizione veloce ma arriveranno i miei prodotti prima di giorno 30?? Altrimenti come faccio??? Aiutooooooo :O

Stamattina ha chiamato il corriere che mi ha informato che devo pagare 130 euro di dogana, a mio avviso è stato scorretto da parte vostra non avvisare in questo caso me delle spese doganali che non sono pochine e x me il vostro comportamento è stato scorrettissimo perché se io sapevo che dovevo pagare altri 130 euro a parte le spese di spedizione che ho pagato non mi conveniva più acquistare da voi... Considerato che abito e risiedo in due località differenti, rispettivamente Messina (Sicilia) e Roma, sarebbe possibile ricevere l'articolo in tempo per il 25 Febbraio? ovviamente considerato che l'acquisto verrà portato a termine domani al più presto.

The dress is perfect. Everybody said I was like a greek godess on my marriage.
Delivery was quick, juct 2-3 weeks. Quality is really good. But it was hot and summer and I had cut under-skirt in the atelier.

Per piacere aiutatemi a risolvere l'abito è stato messo in attesa, già pagato le misure che ho dato dite che non sono esatte per la costruzione del vestito. Aiutatemi voi è confermo l'acquisto . Altezza della mia ragazza 1,72 metterrebbe un tacco da 10 cm che la porterebbe a un metro e 82 centimetri. Seno porta una terza europea, taglia 44. l'abito scelto è AYANA Bianco. Attendo con impazienza vostra risposta. Vi mando anche la foto di lei magari il consiglio sarà migliore
