The dress is lovely and will be shopping with you again and i have told other people about it,the dress fits like a glove excelent quailty,well chuffed with it thankyou.

De jurk ziet erg heel mooi uit. Echter, de kleur is knal, licht oranje, ik zag op de site toch echt heel zacht oranje, en mijn instellingen van de computer staan flink gekleurd ingesteld. (bij foto 's bijv. klopt het wel). Verder zat het bij de borsten niet goed en voelde helemaal niet gemakkelijk. En dan nog: hij was veel te kort; wel 6 cm!!! Geen gezicht. Zo kan ik niet op de bruiloft van mijn zoon verschijnen. Ik heb nog eens mijn maten vlg. aanwijzingen van Lightinthebox opgemeten, maar ik had deze toch echt goed doorgegeven.
Al met al heel erg teleurstellend en bovendien kan ik hem niet terugsturen omdat ik dan alleen de verzendkosten vergoed krijg. Kan ik de jurk natuurlijk veel beter zelf verkopen aan iemand die een stuk kleiner is dan mij.
Ik durf dus nooit meer bij Light in the Box iets te bestellen. M.Koop, Utrecht.

The dress i received is a very well made dress and overall i am very happy with it. I will order from Light in the box again. because of their exceptional customer service

I order this dress custom size ( which is a must for the best fit) two months before i needed it. Now due to my error i will admit one of my measurements were off.
Thank goodness i received an email asking if I was sure of my measurements and Im glad they asked because I did need to correct a measurement.

This error caused a delay in over a month in me receiving my dress. However once again Light in the box provided exceptional customer service and stayed in touch answering all of my questions ( via email) within 24 hours.

I can't wait to wear this dress. I'll have to get a couple of very small things fixed ( like adding an hook for the hook and eye closure but that minor detail won't prevent wear.

Again DO NOT BE WEARY to order from here. Just make sure to order custom sizing and in plenty of time for your event.

La robe va bien,seulement le tissu été annoncé qualité satin Stretch(tissu élastique) ce n'est pas du tout le cas,pouvez vous me dire la raison.

Great Servive. Really pleased with the dress.

The dress fitted well, the only adjustment I had to do was the right shoulder strap was 2cm too long and i had to shorten it to fit properly, also if the dress was one inch longer to just below the knee I would have been 100% happy, overall the colour, style, fit was good and the dress was well made.
I think that you should add in your custom measurement box: floor to knee measure that would give the desired length for a person ordering a dress.

Lovely dress, fits really good. There are a couple of finishing touches in the hem that can be improved. The bodice structure is really good it makes your curves smother, very flatering. Unfortunatelly at delivery I had to pay another £25 for import duty!! This was not very clear when I made my order, this made the purchase a bit pricey.... be aware of this if you are buying on a budget!

The dress has a nice fit. However its not properly finished. I have to bring it to a seamstress to finish the hem and straighten the zipper. Since I had already paid for a custom made dress, I find it unfortunate that I have to pay someone in order to do the finishing touches that are needed. You should also include an estimate of the duties and brokerage fees because they are very steep.
