I was so excited to get this dress. Originally I wanted it in Sage Green but it was unavailable when I was ready to order. I am glad it was because I ordered the Jade and the colour is beautiful. It will be a nice colour for me as mother of the bride for my daughters July wedding. I paid the extra for custom, they were generous in the sizing so at first I was disappointed that the dress made me look boxey but then my daughter grabbed the back and showed me it needed to get pulled in a good inch or more and then it looked lovely. I am a bit disappointed I paid for custom and still have to pay for someone to pull it in but I know once that is done and the wrinkles from shipping are steamed out it will be lovely. And when they say shipping in 3 to 5 days they mean it! My dress arrived in exactly 5 business days and it was so much fun tracking it. That just added to the anticipation of its arrival even more. It was a total of 20 days from my order to arrival! Thank you light in the box, your craftmanship is beautiful with the sealed seams, boning and built in bra. Im going to feel beautiful on that special day for my daughter. You have taken away my fear of ordering on line. Again thank you

Ordered this dress in Royal Blue for my son's wedding! In an attempt to ensure that the dress fit correctly, I chose to go with the custom measurements.

The dress was made and shipped within two weeks. Couldn't believe that they could do that. The dress was beautifully made and loved the color, however, when I tried the dress on it was extremely big on me. The measurements matched what I ordered but the dress did not fit. Was able to slide it over my head without even unzipping it.

Contacted customer service and they responded back to me with three options and apologized for the failure to deliver the correct item.

I chose one of the options and am going to get the dress altered locally.

Not many companies provide such excellent service let alone ones that you order from online. Was very please with my gown, the company and customer service and will use them in the future if needed!

A flattering dress. We have a formal wedding to attend. My other half had been complaining about having to wear a suit until he saw me in this dress then he remarked what colour shirt should I wear. He was so impressed there was no more talk about him not wanting to wear a suit. Very stlyish. Feels comfortable on. I will order again. I ordered this dress in champagne to wear as a Mother of the Bride dress this coming September and it is absolutely gorgeous!! Very nice quality. Way prettier than in the picture. I'm 5'9 and 128 pounds. The online chat folks recommended a size 10 due to my measurements but I didn't mind and ordered an 8! Love to live on the edge and I'm usually always a 4 or 6 in dresses....luckily it fits almost perfectly!!! (Not that I advise ignoring the size the chat folks suggest, and I know formal dresses can sometimes fit differently than other ones) but I took a chance! Will maybe need to come in a tad at the hips and may need to shorten the length since I'm a clutz in heels. Since I'm a little busty, wont need to alter the straps like some of the other folks have had to do. The beading is beautiful and adds some fun bling - I can't wait for the wedding to wear it!!! Haven't felt this pretty since my wedding :0) Do not hesitate to order a dress from Light in the Box!!!!! Happy Shopping!!

I ordered this dress on line and I ordered it in Dark Green. I have never seen a green this beautiful the colors shown show no justice for the color dress I rececived and the dress is beatiful. It is a five star dress for sure.
