Ordered the dress and opted for made to measure. The dress arrived three weeks later - the workmanship and quality was first class. Unfortunately though although it fitted well from the bust down the actual bra bit gaped. I contacted Customer Services who were very helpful - the top needed a couple of darts to make it wearable. Rather than send it back it was agreed that a local dressmaker would make the alterations and Customer Services gave me a refund to cover the cost. Very satisfactory

My dress arrived today and I am thrilled with it. Having sent in my specific measurements, this dress fits me perfectly. It is fully lined, including built in bra cups. It is beautiful!

Платье чудесное, в реальности смотрится даже лучше, чем на фото. Единственный минус - сзади отсутствует шлица, поэтому подниматься, к примеру, по лестнице может быть не очень удобно, но это все-таки мелочи.

This dress was bought for a wedding and it was just what I wanted. It was a little long but that is only a matter of choice. The quality and workmanship was great.

L a robe est belle, très lourde a porter mais également malheureusement trop grande
pour moi, j'ai dû payer 30€ de frais de douane, ce qui devient beaucoup moins interressant en terme de prix. Mais le travail est admirable de professionnalisme
je n'ai pas de solution pour la renvoyer et donc je vais essayer de la faire reprendre à mes frais. Attention aux mesures que vous donnez!!!

It does what it says on the tin Super Dress, well pleased, arrived QUICKER than expected

only disappointment was our lack of knowledge about import tax and customs which increased the price by almost one third but still good value for the money

Excellent work! My dress fit like a "glove". I did order a size up just in case and I am glad I did. I was notified when shipping was delayed and then the dress was expedited for me, when I let customer service know this dress was for my wedding. I received my refund for the delayed shipping as promised.

The material the dress was made from was absolutely gorgeous!
All email to customer service was answered in a timely manner and issues resolved quickly!!

    Yet when I click on the color chart, champagne looks very "golden" tone....not the color on the model. I would like this dress as shown. The color on the model appears to me to be more of a "blush". Can you clarify the color? Can you send a swatch before I order?
