I' was asked by email to review. So here it is.

My 2.0 MP Wireless IP camera came with a broken CD. This CD contains the installation-software, (IP adress and portnumber searchtool-software) and central management (CMS) -software. I can't test nor use my IpCamera without the software on the CD that's delivered broken.

I've contacted Customer Service March 20, 2013 08:53 AM via the help links on the site.
They send back a standard reply right away, saying that they were bussy and that i must contacted them again with a detailed discription of my problem, with a photo added. They prommised a reaction within 72 hours. I replyed as asked at March 20, 2013 10:35 AM.
At March 25, 2013 stil no reaction, so i contacted them (March 25, 2013 11:17 AM)again with a detailed discription of my problem and a photo added.

I also contacted the Customer Service Supervisor on March 25, 2013 11:31 AM to tell him about my problem and the fact that they didn't react within 72 hour as prommised in there reply. At that moment i was waiting for more than 120 hour without a reaction from LightInThe Box. On my order-review-page they they show " We are sorry to receive your complaint. Our customer service specialist will look into this issue and contact you within 1 working day."

Totday March 27, 2013 i still have no reaction.

I can't test nor use my IpCamera without the software on the CD that's delivered broken.
So i can't really review the product, only that it looks nice. I there for can only review my experiance with the service they prommis and the service they really give. No service till now for me.

I'll hope my case is a special one and this is not the experiance from more customers.

Fantastic camera!

Difficulty viewing in firefox but not internet explorer. It cost me an extra £27 due to import taxes which could have been avoided if the seller had put a $10 value on the post which is probably the intrinsic value.

Camera works great and ptz works great too close to full 360 degrees and can control it online. I haven't tried it wireless yet or with an sd card.

I haven't worked out how to get motion detection to record when it detects movement though.

***Edit: The motion detection works and it records onto an sd card. I have also updated the firmware which has improved significantly. The camera emails me every time it motion detects. The Motion detect settings can be adjusted for sensitivity.

パンチルトが普通にうごきます。動体検知もできるので思った以上に使えます。ズームは無いですが画像は鮮明です。最大ｆｐｓは２５ですが一般用途としては問題ないレベルだと思います。
レンズ周りについているＬＥＤは赤外線照明ですがうっすら赤く光ります。ＷＩＦＩ接続もできるようですがあまり安定してい無いように感じますが私の使用用途ではありませんの追求していません。

Good product overall, specially for the price. Nice pic not as good as the more expensive cams but you definitely get a nice bang for your buck. Mine arrived faster than I had expected. That is always a plus in my opinion.

Nice camera with a HI3507 module which is capable todo 1280x720 and 1600x900 upscaled.
Software and manual are minimal and good be better.
Build quality is nice and lens module can be replaced if you can find a lens with a long shaft.

PTZ is defect with my cam and still waiting for an answer otherwise this is a good cam for a good price. If this problem is fixed i will buy a second cam for sure.

Ir switch is a bit noisy (sound like a relais).

10 days later and still no solution from light in the box. Don't buy with this firm. Also IPS the brand of the camera give no support.

Meget fornøyd med varen. Den fungerer som lovet. Jeg synes at sending tok unødvendig lengre tid enn lovet, selv om den ble sendt umiddelbar, men sannsynligvis siden den går via Dubai!ellers trygg handel👍😊
