    If so which DVR's are suitable and which would you recommend? Would the camera kit and DVR have instruction books in English and which hard disk drive would be needed for the DVR?

    Or is this system completely wireless running from a reciever other than a router. My point would be that I don't wanna be paying for bandwith if I plugged it into my router. We have limited GIGS for the internet where I live hence the reason for the question.

    How exactly would this be hooked up if not to a router or IP?

    I need a 4 camera system, preferably a wireless with motion detection. I need a system that the cameras can be as far as 100ft from reciever. i am gone up to 30 days at a time so I need a system that I can access with a smartphone or internet if possible. with this kind of system what do I need on the transmitting end as far as uploading images? any and all information is appreciated. thank you, pam engeron
