The screen color of this dress is Regency. if you want to make it only to the floor, you need only us a shorter "hollow to floor" and "height" as we will automatically add an extra 5cm onto this dress's length to make it fit your height-heeled shoes. Or you could submit us a ticket in this way after you have made the payment :
1.Please click my account after you log in your account with us. And click the order number or view details you need to help withccount and click your order number please.
2.Then at the order details page, you will find a link in red, saying "resolve a payment issue" just above the green bar.
3. Please click on the link and fill in the message box with your concerns in detail about your order there.
4. After you finish writing, please click the Next button below and then confirm and submit your ticket.
You will get a ticket ID later for you to track in My Tickets in your account. Our customer service will and must look into your case and  reply you within 1 working  day.
When they reply your ticket, you will be sent an email to inform you checking the reply in your account. Please check your email box then.
