I was wondering if it comes with a charger that will fit into an English plug socket. i would appreciate a reply as i would like to buy the phone ASAP and could do with the information before it arrives. | Hi I've had the phone for a month and a half and can say that it does work in other countries around the world as I travel alot. However I am having alot of difficulty downloading music onto the phone as well as pictures. It does seam to freeze up on occation as well. The manual is ok however there are a few items it discribes that do not appear on the phone. and accect to the T-Flash is non existant. I have been unable to get both sim cards working at the same time, it is ether one or the other. I like the looks of the phone and it has great potential if these items were addressed .
Other wise I wll probably return it and look for another one. I must say that Light in the Box has very good deliveryservice and would and have recommended them to friends. Thanks Wayne |

| hi my name is latoya and i am interested in the i32 phone but as i have the reviews of others it seems that the phone is having serious problems and before i purchase the phone i want to know if the phone work with tmobile and if i am going to be able to download ringtones etc. i also would like to know exactly how long would it take to come into the mail because it is important that my phone arrive on time . And also if something happen to do the phone does it have warranty on it and can i get it and get my money back. |

You can go into the phone settings and switch from PCS to Dual-Band to get a signal. Your T-mobile SIM card should be compatible with the phone, but just in case, call your service provider and ask for the frequency that their SIM card uses, and see if it is supported by the phone. | I have a couple of questions about this phone. How fast is the Internet-Connection for this phone? And when you are dialing a number,are there two green "phones" so you can choose from which SIM-Card you can make the call? The second question might be a litle bit dumb, but the CECT Phone I have (which is the CECT B695) there are two green "phones"-buttons.
Other than that, the phone looks great, all the reviews seem to be very positive. I think I might buy this phone. Plus it is very cheap by price. Greetings from Germany. Roland |

| I just received my new hiphone,.. I live in the states and have T-mobile...the phone is in settings "pcs"....has a sim card and has bars, but when I go 2 type in a number 2 dial it pops up a dialog box "call forbid". I have removed all call barring and have tried numerous IP's. What good is a phone if you cant dial out....guess it's going back. |

| I just ordered this new i32 HiPhone, and so far everything is great except for one problem: no signal strength. I can't make or receive any calls. I have a T-mobile Sim card, and I've already set the band to PCS, but I still can't get any signal. Did anyone else have this same problem? |

Check to see if the phone you want to purchase supports the frequency used by your SIM card. Call your service provider and ask the frequency they use. Then, check our product description on the product's page to see if the frequencies are compatible, if they are, you can use your SIM cards.

| I just received my new i32 Hiphone and had the same problem not getting signal to my T-Mobile phone. I was upset about it but something struck me to go to the phone settings then i saw Band select then i saw PCS BAND and also DUAL BAND so i changed the setting from dual band to pcs band then istarted getting a signal. so please try and go to SETTINGS,THEN phone settings, THEN band settings AND THEN CLICK ON PCS BAND AND CLICK OK. Thanks |

| I received the phone but have not been able to get it to receive a signal. The manual is not correct and I have not been able to lock in the frequency for AT&T. I have been trying to get in touch with anyone in technical support or at LightinTheBox.
Is there anyone I can talk to in the U.S.?? I may have to return the phone if I cannot get it to work here. |
