      Je viens de prendre possession de 2 robinets de salle de bain.Délai respecter, emballage parfait, prix conforme au prix de départ donc pas de "surprise". Globalement satisfait de ma commande, le seul Bémol je regrette que la douchette ne soit pas en inox ou (laiton cromer) mais en plastique cela gâche la qualité du reste,dommage! On verra par la suite si la qualité ne fait pas défaut.

      nous avons acheté chez vous un robinet de baignoire SNOHOMISH,mais souhaiterions juste savoir comment fonctionne le LED de ce robient - doit-on insérer une pile, mais comment ??? - nous ne voyons pas comment ça fonctionne et il n'y a aucun raccordement electrique - pouvez-vous nous aider pour le brancher...un tout grand merci à vous et très bonne année à toute votre équipe - M.A Toussaint-Petit

      Beau produit, mais reçu défectueux.
      Installé par le plombier, il fuit... une soudure est défectueuse.
      Le mur est tout abimé par l'eau : la cloison était neuve.
      Impossible de contacter le service client !!!

      A box for the hose of the hand shower should be included, otherwise the product is incomplete and difficult to install, especially in brick walls.
      As for the rest it looks nice, we still have to install and try it.
      What they should mention on the website is that custom fees are applied more often than actually stated so you really should expect the custom to block the goods at airport arrival, scan it and the delivery it upon payment of the fees. That would make it easier to decide whether to go through it or not. Definitely worth the price, though.

      Hi
      Is there a box for the inside wall to store the hose for the pull out hand shower? In Australia I understand the hose must be in a box not just in the wall cavity.

      • Our faucets pipe size is G1/2", you can choose the adapter to compatible to your local pipe size. It will not cause you the slow fill for your tub, the adapter will make sure you use the faucet without any problem. Thanks for your inquiry.

      • They are very similar items, but they come from different suppliers. Sprinkle is a very famous brand and it has as long as 3 years warranty, so the price is a little higher.

        Lights are lighting up on the tap fitted, there is good pressure on the pull out hand shower, but the tub faucet is very slow running, what could be the cause?

        Beyond intentional flow restriction, new installations can sometimes have reduced flow if the lines are not flushed prior to installation of aerators or shower heads. The flow restrictors required for aerators and shower heads can clog, resulting in greatly reduced flow rates. Remove the aerator or shower head and make sure the flow restrictor is not clogged.         Sie haben 30% Chance, das Zollgebühr zahlen zu müssen. Sie müssen nur bei Zustellung des Packets dem Kurier das Steuer geben, sondern nicht persönlich zum Zollamt zu fahren. Aufgrund unserer bisherigen Erfahrung kommt es sehr selten zu Problemen bei der Einfuhr, jedoch haben wir keinen Einfluss auf Zollkontrollen. Einfuhrzölle, Steuern und Gebühren (MwSt.) sind nicht in den Artikelpreis oder Versandkosten eingeschlossen.
