My daughter liked this MP4 Player. One thing did not work was the radio. When we charge it sometimes, the battery bar still seems to be low. Since there is no way to contact customer service over the phone and you have to go back and forth with emails, we just agreed to keep it and consider that part a lost. It's unfortunate that you can't talk to someone over the phone when you have technical problems. This is the first site that I found did not have this option.
