      I purchased this phone for my husband mainly because of the BIG font & it is just perfect for him ..not complicated at all. love the SOS call button & the built in flashlight & the FM radio is an added bonus. The Ruby red colour is beautiful & really makes the large white numbers on the keys stand out so he doesn't have to put his reading glasses on to Dial the outgoing calls.....I recommend this phone for all Senior's who just want a good basic phone & the price is an added bonus.....Thankyou.............Follow up..Unfortunately upon purchasing a sim card and $15.00 airtime the phone gives me the message No service..I tried the sim card in the other phone I purchased at the same time & it works fine..so I'm guessing I just got a faulty phone...I am so dissapointed as I really like the phone. I am now waiting for a refund on this phone as promised.


      I am pleased to say I received a full refund for this phone ..Thankyou light in the box for not letting me down
