j'ai payé 80 € de frais de dédouanement, pour cet article et un autre plus petit (NORTHALLERTON - Lustre Cristal - 6 slots à ampoule). je ne m'y attendais pas, je n'avais pas lu l'article.

Je suis actuellement en train de monter le lustre, j'ai très hâte de voir le résultat que ça va donner dans ma cuisine. Je suis sûre que ça sera magnifique, ça va redonner du style à la pièce !!! Merci encore LIGHT IN THE BOX, de nous proposer autant de belles choses :)

C'est un lustre magnifique, je l'ai mis dans ma cuisine, le seul hic, c'est que c'est pas très facile à monter, étant donner que les composantes ne sont pas vissées. Mais le résultat est stupéfiant ;)

Je ne suis pas satisfaite de ce produit, toutes les billes de cristal sont abîmées avec de nombreux éclats, il faut une patiente sans nom pour le montage et j'attend toujours les ampoules qui soit disant devaient être incluses avec le luminaire!!!

superbe lustre en cristal de toute beauté mais un vrai jeu de piste à monter. mauvaise surprise à la reception, le transporteur m'annonce des frais de douane de 68,50 euros à payer en plus! après recherches, les douanes expliquent que comme le transporteur n'a pas correctement rempli le poids sur le bon de livraison, l'administration exige le plafond maximal de frais. suite à réclamation envers Lightinthebox, ils me remboursent 40 euros. Ce qui est parfait et en plus ils ont bien respecté leur proposition de remboursement. merci à ce site mais attention aux frais cachés qui allourdissent la note.

    Salve, sono interessata all'acquisto del lampadario di cristallo moderna con 15 luci colore oro, dalle recensioni che ho letto nel Vs sito emerge che i clienti si lamentano dei lunghi tempi di attesa e soprattutto del fatto che nella stragande maggioranza dei casi le sfere di cristallo arrivano scheggiate. Spero che nella Vs risposta possiate rassicurarmi sia sui tempi di attesa che sulla sicurezza e accuratezza dell'imballaggio cos� da far pervenire il lampadario al mio domicilio senza che subisca danni.     I have seen this model ceiling lamp for the past 6 months in clear with silver, just like the photo in the instructions section below...When will you be restocking that item ???? I cannot use the darker black color crystals shown here- as you have available now. I need clear with silver asap...as I am finishing renovating my bathroom at will be installing the lighting fixtures very soon! Thank you very much! I am very pleased with your products and customer service- They have been great!!
