i order my dresson July 9 and it said 5 to 6 days but the estimated time to deliver is July 28 , is there any way to tell them i need it faster im planning to leave for vacations.

Please understand that as all our dresses are made to order from scratch, we require a tailoring period of 12-15 business days and a shipping time of 3-8 business days. And we will send an email to notify our customers once their package is shipped.
For order tracking, please log in to “My Orders” to see if there are track numbers, or you can click on your order number and use the links on the order’s details page to submit a request explaining your needs. A customer service representative will respond to you within one working day.

When choosing the color of the dress does it change the satin trim?

Does the dress become all that color or is the satin trim/detailing still black??

hey i was just wondering how long the dress is and if it can be made any longer

The length differs from size to size but it would come as shown in the picture. And please understand that each dress is carefully tailored to match exactly what you see in the photos, and unfortunately we are unable to modify the style, length or material in any way.
