I want to buy it, but I need to know how you change with only 1 button 3 different options?

Hi, I was looking for just something like this model: wall installation, handshower AND rainshower + waterfall (cascade). The important question is HOW you can choose among 3 different options (rainshower/waterfall/handshower) with ONLY 1 BUTTON at the wall? My german sanitary-man says it is impossible... that you would need 3 mouths inside the wall connected at that button/lever.

You have to admit that there is a severe lack of technical information in most products you sell... sizes, technical data sheets, functioning, etc.

Please, this is very important to know because it is an expensive purchase for me and if it doesn't function like this, I will buy a normal system for my bad here locally.

I will be waiting for your professional answer to place my order immediately together with another faucet that I also need now (I just bought lots of products from you for my new house with a very good experience), thank you!

Dear Daniela,
1. This set does not include a waterfall faucet.
2. There is a button on the panel that can switch the water between handheld shower and rainfall shower head.

Ciao Loredana, il soffione è dotato di entrambi glie effetti indipendenti mentre la doccetta ha solo l'effetto doccia.

1)Yes, the handheld is made of plastic.
2)The GPM amounts for the rain shower head ans handheld are 8L and 6L under normal water pressure.
3)The package includes everything you need to install the faucet.
4)We need an order processing time of 6 working days and shipping time of 3-8 days.
5)The dimension of the rain shower head is 55x23x2.5cm.
