Will the dress arrive on time ?

Hello,
I have ordered this dress on the 10th of january, knowing that the event I'll be attending takes place on the 10th of february. I thought it would be okay as I read on your website that it would take at most 28 days to arrive. However, I have just realize that the shipping estimation is on the 2nd of februrary... Will the dress arrive on time for my event or should I be worried, knowing that it has to travel to Switzerland ?

If I order today, rush shipping, will it arrive in Chicago, IL by May 21, 2013?

Also, can I get two inches added to the length of the dress?

If you order it in custom measurements, you can add two inches to the length of the dress.

This dress is made to order and we need a tailoring time of 10-13 business days. After that, shipping will take another few days. We are afraid we can't make it to arrive on time for you. :( Hope we can serve you better in the future. Have a nice day!

Measuring hallow to floor and height?

I was wondering how will i measure my Hollow to Floor (Inch)? Height (Inch)? since I will be wearing heals so i dont want it to be short when im wearing heels.

Please be noted that when measuring both of these sizes, you are suppoes not to wear shoes. If you order in custom measurements, an extra 5cm will be added to the length to help you fit in high heels. Please feel free to ask if you have further questions.:)

Total shipping costs

I really like this dress. But before I order it I would like to know from where the dress is shipped from. I live in the EU, and if the dress is shipped from abrod (non EU county) I have to pay additional customs costs.

Hello, in the description is says that shipping will take 3-5 days. Does this mean that it will take that many days to get it shipped off? Or does that mean that it will take 3-5 days to arrive at my house?

Undergarment question

I'm doing the custom measurements for this dress and I'm curious do most customers use the built-in bra inside the gown or is it recommended that I purchase a bra? I'm 32 C bra size.

Standard size or custom size, this dress does have built-in bra. But it's made of two pieces of pads. You can still wear your own bra with it. Please make sure you measure the bust size with your bra on. Thank you for shopping with us:)

would it be possible to change the beading on the sleeves of the dress

i love the dress however i dont like the large dimonte beads down the center of the sleeves, would there be any way to leave these off and just have the small beads for the whole of the sleeves?
