Do you recommend this dress for a large bust?

I love the way this dress looks (especially on such a pretty model) But I am 38 DDD bra size. Bust 44.7" I am worried half my breasts will stick out and look vulgar.
I see your size recommends it for my type of body, hourglass. Kindly advise if large bust would look too revealed or if you adjust the front opening.

Can this dress be made with a slit down the side? Similar to the Jennifer Aniston inspired dress?

I am hoping to buy my bridesmaids dresses on from this site. I really like the Jennifer Aniston Golden Globe inspired dress and this one here. However I want them to still be similar which is why I am asking about the slit. And are they both made out of chiffon? Or is there quite a difference with the elastic woven and sheath?
I am planning to get this one in ruby, or a bold bright red. And the Jennifer Aniston dress in Royal blue or regency, whichever is bolder and brighter :)

I am normally a standard Australian size 12, but sizes vary quite a bit from label to label. If I ordered the dress and it didn't fit, would I be able to return it ? Also, if the dress is returned would it be on the basis of credit or refund ?
