We bought this product without realising it was to be imported from China and were somewhat surprised we were required to pay import tax of £35 (a 30% markup on the price of the product - payable to the courier on delivvery). Had we realised this, we wouldn't have bought it (hidden away in the small print is a statement that says you may be liable to import tax at an unspecified amount).

The tap itself is quite funky but very large! It requires quite a lot of space behind it to be installed and used properly (it swivels - something we also hadn't realised). So if your basin is close to a wall, don't buy it. If your basin is not large, the tap will look overpowering (we have a large basin and it's still overpowering). If you have a large bathroom and large basin, and are prepared to pay the 30% surcharge, buy it!

We haven't installed this faucet yet, but our contractor is very excited about it and says that it is very good quality as well. We are eager to see it in action, as it is a special touch that makes the new bathroom different and special.
Received i timely and tracking was efficient even if from so far away.

We were apprehensive to find the faucet that lit up. i thought it was a joke. Faucet did not come with either directions or a drain kit. My plumber was confused. Once the faucet was installed, it became the conversation piece. It works great and lights up. The fact that it is powered by the water flow makes it so much better. If I had more bathrooms, I would get more of these... I really like the lit faucets. I highly recommend it!!
