I placed an order of jewelry set for my wedding and it says it was shipped on 5/2/12. as of this date 5/18/12 I have not received it and the tracking number has now been removed from the online record.

There is no email or phone number to contact customer service and no way to track my order. How do I know that I will receive my order?

Very Beautiful wedding bridal Jewelry set

This set is absolutely gorgeous! I love the Tennis style so I bought the single row #00061087 as well as his 3 row set. I wasnt sure if the 3 row would be too much, but it is perfect. It is ellegent and makes me feel like a princess. This necklace is going to go perfect with my wedding dress and it was only $30.00. I also now have a matching single row that I can have my sister wear if she wants who is my maid of honor. I am extremely pleased with the necklaces as well as the customer service. I ordered the 3 row necklace first and then notice there was a set with earrings for only $0.50 more, so I submitted a ticket and the next day they had the necklace and earring set on my order, no hassel. I completely recommend this sit and its products. I have never written a review for a web site before, I never had a reason to, but this site allowed me to get beautiful and affordable jewlery for my big day! Thank you.
