A: A: Please allow 8-15 business days for your Made-to-Measure wrap to arrive. Each wrap must be tailored before it can be shipped to you, so delivery times are slightly longer for these special items. For full details, see our shipping information
Q: Can I return or cancel the wrap if I change my mind?
A:Once we've begun tailoring, our fabrics and materials cannot be reused, and so a special cancellation and return policy applies to these special items. There is still flexibility to return or cancel in certain situations, but it's important to order carefully. See our Return and Cancelation Policy for full details.
Q: Can I order this wrap in a different style/fabric/length?
A:Each wrap is carefully tailored to match exactly what you see in the photos, and unfortunately we are unable to modify the style, length or material in any way. Q: Will my wrap exactly match the color I see on your website?

Way better than I expected. It is a perfect fit--I am a size 8-10 but I think this could go down to a 4 and up to a 14 for sure. The delivery was also much quicker than I expected. Love the sheer back and arms.

I love it I am badly scared on my one arm so i never wear short sleeves and have a terrible time having to jacket all formal dresses its always such a chore. I may be ordering a second one

When ordered, I worried if it would fit my 16 yr old.....but when it came in everything was perfect about it....the sheer look surrounded by the satin went great with her dress and even matched her heels....she was very pleased with the finishing touches it added to her wardrobe. And the price......was great also....we had looked both in stores and online for something dressy but inexpensive. Thank you!

Light, versatile, and stylish. The only thing I'd add is a copy of the photos on the website, to demonstrate which side is up. Going back to the website, I figured it out, but that inclusion would have been helpful.
