On initial testing, it seemed a bit slow and sluggish to connect, but the pic quality is very nice. When I mounted it on the house, in high winds from atop a 12' ladder, it worked for about 45 minutes. I had set up the alarm zones for email/JPG and yes, it took pics of me adjusting the angle/view and emailed them to me...
Now the finder tool can't "find" it. Either the network adapter in the cam is dead, or "hopefully" the LAN cable is faulty. Kinda' hard to screw up a LAN cable in my opinion.
When I block the light from the sensor with my hand, the IR LED's com on, and there's some clicking inside the cam(doing something)....also I have a good connection light on the router port. It's just not there anymore....
I think I might have jinxed myself by throwing the box out...lol.
Dead as a doornail...
I most likely can't exchange it because I spliced and extended the power supply wires about 20'. I did the same thing with one I have on the roof about 50', and it work perfect every time...
The cam has a nice pic, when and if it works...

Yes, TY....I tried the hard reset. It is still non functional. I would like to exchange the camera. It does not work. Is this possible? I have 1 cancelled ticket, and 2 open tickets, with no answer as yet, which is fine, I am patient. Once we get done playing tag, and get on the same page, I am confident that LIB will honor their warranty ;) I must say that LIB shipping is the fastest I have ever seen. The camera worked ok but please note that this is not a "POE" camera. The software that comes with this IP camera was easy to use, find, and to configure the camera.

This IP Cam is Excelent.
Just a problem is the recording software"surveillance system" all my triggers and alarm are disabled and when i start recording, i have only sequences of 1 or 2 seconds and more than 3000 files *.h264 every hour. the split files is selected to 60 minutes.
has someone a solution to record with more important files like 1 hour ?? or another compatible software ??

my camera works with Synology DS 1010+ as Onvif but it is limited to MJPEG 640x480 10fps Very low quality. Any change I make on camera's web app is invalidated by synology... I cannot save other configuration. And at these settings the image is awful. I got it working with my synology surveillance. It is not completely to my wishes but I can live with it. If you go to the webpage of the camere itself http://<ip.address> you can configure the secondairy video stream. You should configure this as mjpeg and not as .h264 In the synology surveillance server you choose <user defined> and as video path you use the following string goform/stream?cmd=get&channel=4 then you will be able to see the mjpeg stream. The primary video stream I'm going to let the camera itself to forward it to the ftp server on the synology, this way I can store the HD image in case I need them. For this camera I will just use the synology as management and let the camera itself store the HD images on a ftp server. Sturdy camera, metal housing feels like good quality.
Picture/video ís reasonable though not as sharp as I expected from a 2 MP camera.
Night vision however is better than expected.
Software is complete, manual is ok but it looks like it is for another type of camera.

Q: What brand is this camera? What brand and model to select in Synology or Qnap surveillance stations? It seem that the software is made for Grandstream brand but it is not working when selecting this brand in Synology SS. In Qnap SS, this camera seem useles. In Synology works so far only with generic ONVIF but in very limited quality. (640x480, 10fps, quality very low)... As Grandstream, it responds ok when testing wikth HD model but after saving settings it doesn't connect anymore. So, how to use this camera? As which brand?
