What brand is this camera? What brand and model to select in Synology or Qnap surveillance stations?
It seem that the software is made for Grandstream brand but it is not working when selecting this brand in Synology SS. In Qnap SS, this camera seem useles.
In Synology works so far only with generic ONVIF but in very limited quality. (640x480, 10fps, quality very low)... As Grandstream, it responds ok when testing wikth HD model but after saving settings it doesn't connect anymore.
So, how to use this camera? As which brand? It must have a brand equivalent that works in HD.

I can't get an IP-Adress from the cam. The included software does'nt scan the camera. The shipped manual is from the wrong type of camera. I just wrote to your sales support. What to do next?
