תשובה: גם השמלות במידות הסטנדרטיות שלנו מיוצרות לפי לאחר הזמנת הלקוח. מכיוון שהשמלות מיוצרות באופן אישי לכל לקוח, מדיניות הביטולים וההחזרות הינה מגובלת יותר מאשר מוצרים אחרים, כך שחשוב לבצע את ההזמנה בזהירות.
שאלה: האם ניתן להזמין שמלה זו בסגנון/בד/אורך שונים?
תשובה: כל שמלה נתפרת בקפדנות על מנת להתאים לשמלה שניתן לראות בתמונה, אך לצערנו, אין אנו יכולים לשנות את הסגנון/ בד/אורך/ חומר באופן כלשהוא
שאלה: האם צבע השמלה יהיה זהה לחלוטין לזה שנראה באתר?
תשובה: ייתכן והיו הבדלים קלים בין צבע השמלה בפועל לבין צבע השמלה שבתמונה בהתאם להגדרות צג המחשב שלך.

This is the second dress I ordered from Lightinthebox. Both were too small for me. Be advised that if they say 34 inches, they mean 34 inches, and NO MORE! So I have now ordered a third dress with my exact measurements, and we will see what happens when it arrives. The fact that the dresses didn't fit was my own fault for ordering off the chart, which I knew would be a risk. It's just that this chart is reliable, and with many US manufacturers, there is a lot more room in the finished product. These dresses are really form fitted, with built in bras.

That being said, both dresses (of different fabrics) were ordered in the gold color, which was beautiful, and exactly what I wanted. It was gold like the metal, and not yellow. The quality of construction was excellent. I used to make my own clothes and I know the difference. I cannot stress enough how nicely made these dresses are. They are nicely lined, the seams are straight, and the finer details are perfectly executed.
Let's hope the 3rd time is the charm.
Note to Canadians: you will pay an 18% duty plus all GST and PST (on the original price plus duty) plus a $10 charge from the carrier for prepaying the taxes for you. I was expecting this, so wasn't surprised, but you need to be aware because it adds up.

Ordered 2 of these dresses in different standard sizes and they are lovely. Both ladies I ordered them for are quite short in the body, so I'll have both dresses adjusted slightly at the shoulders. However, given that they were such good prices in the first place, I'm happy to do that. The dresses are good quality and fit very well otherwise.

I ordered this dress, having read both good and bad reviews of the site itself. I couldn't be more pleased. The dress is gorgeous, true-to-size and exceeded my expectations. I had lost a bit of weight so I will need to have it taken in further or just eat a ton of food before the wedding next month (ha ha.) The clover color is lovely, the dress flattering for my reverse-pear shape, everything arrived early and I will order from this site again. My only issue is how the dress was crammed into a tiny box - the wrinkles will need more than my steam cleaner.

Prachtig!

De jurk is heel netjes gemaakt. De kwaliteit van de stof is erg goed. De kleur is exact zoals afgebeeld op de kleurenkaart.

Ik had mijn persoonlijke maten doorgegeven: de jurk past mij daarom precies goed.
Ik ben zeer tevreden!

The dress was even better than in the picture. It have made in very high quality - fabric was too top quality. Size is exactly right. The dress was perfekt and looks gorgeus.
