Bought so I could connect a modern laptop with an old TV that only had AV input. Simple enough to connect up.
More or less useless as a laptop screen replacement, too little resolution to read desktop or menus etc.
However, once playing a video through it, it was quite acceptable performance.
Used on a number of TV's and worked on each though each needed some adjustment either through the TV or through the box menu.
Couldn't always get a "laptop+TV" arrangement working which would have made it easier to select videos and navigate the screens, but don't know if that was a problem with the box or just interactions with different TV's
Did what I expected and needed it to do.
