    • Height and colour

      Does the heel and the platform height provided on this product picture include the heel tip end/bottom, and the sole lining at the bottom of the shoe for the platform. Both in a tan colour on the product page. I hope you know what I mean.
      Also, is the ivory a true ivory colour an off white or is it more of a cream colour.
      The height and colour is essential to the exact hem floor length and colour of my dress.

    • Please help me with sizes.

      Hello there,
      I've been looking for a long time for a bridal shoe for my wedding in early May, 2013. These are the exact shoe I need and have been looking for. I need them in Ivory in a size 40. I usually take a size 39 but using your size chart measurement I would need to be on the safe side and get a 40 because I can always put an innersole in them if they're a little loose on the day, but I couldn't wear them at all if they were too small.
      Could you please please help me.
      As I need these in the Ivory size 40 but you are out of stock.
      Could you please please let me know if you can get them for me in a size 40 or when you are going to restock them or how other way I can purchase them?
      Thankyou so much for your help. I sincerely hope you can help me. It would make all the difference with my wedding dress because my dress bodice almost exactly replicates the crossover crsytal design of this shoe.
