Does the phone support dual SIM?

Does the phone support Bluetooth connections?

What is the maximum storage size supported by the phone?

What kind of storage cards does the phone support?
Many of the phones support TF cards. If there is a value next to "Storage > Support Extend Card" in the specifications listed on the phone's product page, then the phone most likely supports TF cards. Please check with our Online Chat if you are unsure.
Where can I buy extra batteries for the phone?
LightInTheBox.com sells batteries for phones from Nokia, Motorola, and other large cellphone brands. You can visit the category here. Unfortunately, we do not sell batteries for phones from LightInTheBox.com.
What operating system does the phone use?
Phones from LightInTheBox.com run MTK OS, Android, or Windows Mobile 6.5. The OS is usually included in the description of the phone, but if you cannot find the information, then the phone most likely runs MTK. Please feel free to contact our Online Chat to verify the phone's operating system if necessary.
Which countries is the phone compatible with?

What languages does the phone support?
Most of the phones have pre-installed multilingual support. Please see "General > Languages" in the specifications listed on the phone's product page for details.
Why can't I make phone calls even after inserting a SIM card?
Make sure that you have inserted the SIM card correctly, and that it is turned on. Please check to see if the phone supports the band your carrier uses, and that the signal is strong. If the problems continue, please contact our Customer Service.
Can the phone sync with Microsoft Outlook?
Phones running Windows Mobile 6.5 will be able to sync with Microsoft Outlook. Unfortunately, those running MTK OS and Android OS cannot.
Does the phone support video calls?
Unfortunately, the phones do not support video calls at this time.
Is the phone locked to a specific carrier?
All phones from LightInTheBox.com have not been "locked". They are compatible with any carrier as long as the phone supports the band your carrier uses.
Does the phone support Wi-Fi?
Most of the phones from LightInTheBox.com can browse the Internet. Please check the title and description on the phone's product page, or see "Data Transfers & Connectivity > Mobile Internet" in the specifications. If you see "Wi-Fi" or "WAP", then the phone supports Wi-Fi.
Can I browse the Internet using the phone?
Phones that support Wi-Fi, WAP, or GPRS have Internet browsing capabilities. These phones will have pre-installed web browsers such as Opera Mini.
How do I configure the Internet settings?
You can configure the Internet settings using the global settings on your phone, as well as your phone's web browser's settings.
Can the phone play online videos and music?
If the phone cannot play online videos and music, it is most likely due to the limitations of the phone's browser. It may also be that the phone does not support Adobe Flash.
Can I connect to iTunes?
No. iTunes is only supported on Apple devices.
Can I use apps from the Apple iTunes Store?
No. iTunes apps are only supported on Apple devices.
Can I use MSN, Skype, Facebook or similar apps?
Please check under "Additional Features" on the phone's product page. Apps that are supported by the phone will be listed there.
Can I download apps for the phone?
This is dependent on the the operating system the phone runs. Please check with Online Chat if you like to know more information about a specific phone.
Can I access Microsoft Office files with the phone?
You can install apps that support Microsoft Office files on phones that run Android and Windows Mobile OS. Unfortunately, phones running MTK OS do not support Microsoft Office files.
Does the phone support Java?

Does the phone support GPS?

Does the phone require an Internet connection in order to use GPS?
No. As long as the phone has a cellular signal, GPS will work.
How do I get the GPS map for my country?
We will pre-install the correct GPS map onto the phone for you depending on the country provided in the shipping address.
Can I add additional maps to the GPS app?
Unfortunately, it is not possible for our customers to add additional maps to the GPS app at this time.
What do I do if there is no GPS signal?
There must be a clear cellular signal for GPS to work on your phone. Please note that the GPS signal may be affected by poor weather conditions.
Does the phone support TV?
Please check the title and description on the phone's product page, or look under “Additional Features" on the phone's product page. If "TV" is listed, then the phone supports TV.
Does the phone require additional apps to watch TV?
Phones that support the TV function will come with the required apps pre-installed.
Why is the phone unable to receive TV signals?
Please go outdoors for better TV reception, and make sure you have analog TV coverage in your region. If it still doesn't work, please contact Customer Service.
