Does the price of €75.55 include shipping pls? If not please specify how much would cost to post to Malta?

No, the price doesn't include the shipping. Shipping rates differ from country to country. It depends on the weight of the package, the distance to the shipping address, and the shipping method chosen.
The shipping cost to Malta depends on the shipping method you choose. If you choose Expedited Shipping 3 - 5 days, it will cost US$ 24.53 55% OFF; and if you choose Standard Shipping 6 - 8 days, it will be US$ 35.19 40% OFF.
You can calculate the cost by following these steps:

I have very large upper arms and I'm wondering whether the sleeves on the jacket will fit me.
I didn't see a place in the custom measurements section for arm measurements. Do you take custom measurements for the jacket sleeves? Could you tell me the the width measurment of the upper sleeve on this jacket on the size 26 dress? Thanks!

Please kindly note that the circumference of the armhole for size 26W is about 16".
And you can get custom measurements for the wrap if you choose the Custom measurements for the dress.
