• i just bought 8" android 2 wks ago

  i cant set it up, coz it's very hard to touch the screen doesn't move frozen all the time.then everytime i touch the icon what i want is jump to the different icon,,,need some information to this android or im going to return the product to change it.

  Hi I have purchased 4 of these units, they all keep droping the wifi do you have a firm ware up grade to stop this.

  2. be sure to go to home-menu-settings-applications- and check allow unknown sources - then open the download file and it should work.

  If it does not work, Please get close to the wireless router to get better wireless signals. Besides, please check your router whether you have set the "MAC address filter". You need to turn off the "MAC address filter". If the above methods don't work, please refer to the MAC address from the “Setting”--“About device”--“status” and add it to the list of the router. You may refer to the routers instruction manual for the the detailed steps.

  The android market app is constantly telling me that there is no connection to the internet, yet the browser and all other internet apps work fine. Whats the deal?
