Ciao ho letto che non c'e' il gps in italiano ma e' possibile installare la lingua italiana se si come?E poi volevo anche sapere se le spese dello sdoganamento sono comprese nel pagamento fatto a voi o se dovro' farlo in seguito all'ordine

¿ Como puedo enviar el reproductor para que me lo reparasen por defectos de fabrica ?

This is a 2 Din universal player. Please first check the dimensions of the space for your player in your car. If the height is 100mm, this one will fit in your car. If the height is 50mm, please select from the 1 Din series. Here is the link:

The back up camera is way to hot, the aux brightness resets to 5 went vehicle is restarted.

Is there a better way to turn down the signal from the camera input?

What doews it take to get the steering wheel remote to work?

I have followed the installation instructions, but can't get the steering wheel cotrols to work. Do I need some additional signal controlbox, or should the steeringwheel controls work just connecting the wires to controls CAN-bus wires? Also, instructions didn't tell me, where should the black GND wire of 3.5mm steering wheel adapter be connected. Does it connect to car's ground or somewhere else?
I'm installing to 2005 Ford Focus.

Thank you for any help, this is great product, and I really would like to get the steering wheel controls to work too!

WIRING

ON THE DIAGRAM THERE IS SEVERAL WIRES I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHERE THEY GO.
THEY ARE AS FOLLOWS;

7 THE REVERSE WIRE. IF YOU CONNECT THE POWER WIRE FOR THE REAR VIEW CAMERA TO THE REVERSE LIGHT IN BACK OF THE VEHICLE, WHERE DOES THIS WIRE CONNECT TO?

12 A/D WIRE ???
13 IR WIRE??????
15 A/D GROUND?????

PLEASE RESPOND ASAP AS I WANT TO KNOW BEFORE I PURCHASE A RADIO.

Replacement parts and accesories

Where can I find replacement parts and accesories for my player? Mine has a damaged wire that connects the screen to the body and I need to replace it. Since it is an unusual wire I cant find it anywhere around my city thus far. I also need another remote. The origanal is missing and I would like another.
