Ik ben zeer tevreden over dit produkt en ook wat de prijs betreft.
Ook gezien de service en de contacten of alles naar wens is en tevreden bent over de produkten, vind ik zeer fijn.
Ik ben zeker van plan om meer produkten aan te schaffen, alleen zijn er zoveel produkten dat ik nog niet uitgekeken ben.
Ik wil jullie dan ook bedanken voor de goede zorgen over de produkten die in inmiddels in mijn bezit heb.

    Kan iemand mij helpen ik heb dvr aangesloten met camera,s maar krijg niets op mijn laptop te zien weet iemand hoe ik ook een nederlandse beschrijving kan vinden ik heb trouwens de 1000gb mvg

    I am enquiring if this unit requires a static ip address for remote viewing? or if it is ok to work with a dynamic ip address?

  • Dear Mark,
    1. This DVR allows you to use static IP address for remote viewing. This device has a default IP 192.168.1.114. You can open this device to set up this IP address. Then it will work.
    2. This DVR can also work with a dynamic IP address. Please try the following methods:
    A. Open the UPNP function on the router.
    B. The DVR will get a ID from the Internet settings automatically.
    C. PLease log into www.dvr163.com, inputting ID, user name and password. You can remote view the vidoes recorded.
    Note: The user name is admin and you don't need to input anything in the password. The password is empty. Thank you for shopping with us:)
