This dress was absolutely the best dress and everything that I wanted...since I am an older person, I didn't want the typical wedding dress and knew that I wanted the varied length in the front and back. I paid to have it sized according to my "figure" and it practically fit to a T...loved it. wonderful material, so light, so comfortable. Can't say enough about this item...only wish I could wear it someplace else....too funny...but once is enough.

Genuinely surprised by the product and how quickly it was delivered.

I'm wary about buying online because of problems in the past, so I was nervous about getting the dress online however thanks to Light in the Box they handled any issues promptly and stopped any concerns I did initially have.

Since it was custom made, it was easy to use the measurements supplied via the site and equally tracking the item was very easy to keep a close on the item.

It arrived in 5 working days which surpassed my own expectations and on checking the dress, it was beautiful. The material was as described in the details, felt nice, not coarse or rough and was the exact length needed.

The only minor complaint was that I needed to get the chest part of the dress altered but it's not a complaint I have against Light in the Box because it was a mistake on my part. Overall I was delighted with the quality of the product, how quickly it was shipped and sent to ours and the communication with Light in the Box.

If you do go online and I'm someone who has a tendency to check the reviews for certain sites, there are a few that royally condemn this site, for some reason. Don't buy into the hype. It's easy to complain but given that I was new to this site, they did everything by the book. They never once messed up and any worries I did have were dealt with as soon as possible. Try this site and you too might be pleasantly surprised.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for great quality, my fiance was very pleased. :-)

I was hesitant to order a dress online, but wasn't having luck in bridal shops. Saw this one and thought it would be perfect for our casual wedding at the lake.
It arrived in the mail 2 weeks before the predicted time, was so excited to try it on. As I am a little on the short side, think the halter part will have to be taken in a little...but otherwise it fits great and is very flattering. Nice and flowy and great for potentially hot weather! Would order from them againg.

Je viens de recevoir ma robe. En trois semaines, comme prévu. J'ai du payé 50% de la valeur en taxes et frais de dédouanement. C'est normal, du moment qu'on importe une marchandise....
La robe est telle que je la voulais. Faite sur mesure, elle tombe parfaitement. La seule différence par rapport à la photo du site, c'est que à l'arrière du cou, il n'y a pas d'attaches. Pour l'enfiler, il faut passer la bretelle par dessus la tête. Si on veut relever les cheveux, ça peut être plus jolie, puisque le tissus est en un seul morceau. Mais si on veut réajuster, pour que cela baille moins devant, il faut faire plus de travail que juste déplacer les attaches!
Dans l'ensemble, c'est très bien.

I stumbled across this site while searching for my wedding dress, along with my bridesmaids dresses. When I saw this dress, I knew it was for me. With my short stature, I knew I didn't want anything that I would have to walk around holding up. It was beautiful and elegant. I received a lot of compliments...of which the most common being,"girl, that dress was made for you". Little did they know, I had it customer to fit me. And your seamtress did a wonderful job! With me being short, with a heavy bottom. It slenderized me a lot. I love my dresses, the quality was beyond my expectation. Thanks, Light in the box...I will be ordering again...:-)

D: Thinking about using the site but... Hello Light in the Box, I have been thinking about using the site as the prices are fantastic. But I have a concern in regards to the site. I decided to do some digging around to find out a little more about the company and I seem to be coming across a lot of people who say you are nothing more than a scam. That you take money but often don't send the item, or in some cases, send it too late for the intended purpose. I would like to know is this true or not? D: How long does shipping take and is there an additional cost? I've been doing some research online to check because I ordered a dress from this site for my fiance. One of the things I have been reading is that in addition to paying for the dress, you also have to pay the custom fees when it gets over here before it can be posted to me, is that true? I assumed once I have paid for the dress and shipping that's it. I would be pretty upset if I found out that I had to shell out on additional charges before I could get the item. Another thing I would like to ask is I brought this dress some time ago. The shipping date is estimated to be the 26th July, is this a guarantee? I'm getting married on the 1st of September, this year and I do not want there to be a delay with the dress because if there is it could potential ruin the day for us.
