Please understand that as all our dresses are made to order from scratch, we require a tailoring period of 15-19 working days and a shipping time of 3-8 days. And we will send an email to notify our customers once their package is shipped.
For order tracking, please log in to “My Orders” to see if there are track numbers, or you can click on your order number and use the links on the order’s details page to submit a request explaining your needs. A customer service representative will respond to you within one working day.
Unfortunately we cannot rush orders for our made-to-order dresses, since we receive and process many orders on a daily basis and cannot risk compromising quality.
