Scrivi una recensioneBeautiful dress. Can't beat the price . I paid the 40 bucks for the custom measurement and its a little too long. The train is also more like chapel length so be prepared for that. Sleeves are long also I will have to have them trimmed down.
This dress was absolutly breath taking. My mother became so emotional when she saw the dress laced and fitted. The corsette is high quality and fitted me so perfectly ( I had the frock custom measured and made and I highly recommend this option to all brides)
The train was a little longer than I had anticipated, however this had no impact on the day.
I did chose to wear the attachable sleeves for the beginning of the occasion, however, as the day progressed, I chose to remove them, as the beading and lace became a little irritating after some time. The dress looked equally beautiful with and without them (hook & eye fasteners)
Fortunately the weather was quite cool on the day, as the materials were fairly heavy. I would not recomend this frock for a summer wedding as the material can become quite hot.
The only negative about the entire frock would have been the embelishments. The lace & beading work was sort of "stuck on" to the frock, and not sewn into the outer layers like I had expected. there were some loose threads and beads, but these were small, and very minor problems. I used a safety pin and some white ribbon to make a "wrist band" and attached this under the skirt for the waltz and dancing, so I didn't trip over the skirts and neither did my new husband.
This dress was simply amazing, breathtaking and centre of attention for the whole day. I Loved it!!!
My sister bought this for her wedding :) She looked stunning in it. Everything is PERFECT.
