Questo lampadario è bellissimoooooo!!!! A parte le spese doganali che sono state veramente tantissime ( 120,00 euro circa con tre pacchi), per il resto sono davvero super soddisfatta. Bello, fantastico....

superbe lustre en cristal de toute beauté mais un vrai jeu de piste à monter. mauvaise surprise à la reception, le transporteur m'annonce des frais de douane de 68,50 euros à payer en plus! après recherches, les douanes expliquent que comme le transporteur n'a pas correctement rempli le poids sur le bon de livraison, l'administration exige le plafond maximal de frais. suite à réclamation envers Lightinthebox, ils me remboursent 40 euros. Ce qui est parfait et en plus ils ont bien respecté leur proposition de remboursement. merci à ce site mais attention aux frais cachés qui allourdissent la note.

Hola buenas noches oye una molestia me pueden ayudar por que la balastra de mi lampara se quedo me pueden enviar la de repuesto por garantía, ya que en mexico no existe esta pieza

O lustre é lindo, mas estão faltando peças, já solicitei, eles dizem que enviaram que o "correio" perdeu. Sem estas peças não dá pra instalar o lustre... por favor, reenviem as peças faltantes. OBrigada

This light has been purchased for the void in our new two story home and I'm hoping it will be as lovely as the other photos I have seen of the assembled and fitted light. However, we did have a problem with defective crystals, but after contacting Lightinthebox, were sent another seven to replace the five which I was not satisfied with. After receiving the next shipment of replacements out of the seven only three were acceptable. Hopefully because the light will be very high up from the ground floor, the defective crystals will not be noticed. I suggest that you check your crystals as soon as you receive your light in case you have the same problem as us. I cannot fault the service I received, but it would have been better if even the replacements had been checked before forwarding. One crystal didn't even have a connector to screw onto the arm.

    Salve, sono interessata all'acquisto del lampadario di cristallo moderna con 15 luci colore oro, dalle recensioni che ho letto nel Vs sito emerge che i clienti si lamentano dei lunghi tempi di attesa e soprattutto del fatto che nella stragande maggioranza dei casi le sfere di cristallo arrivano scheggiate. Spero che nella Vs risposta possiate rassicurarmi sia sui tempi di attesa che sulla sicurezza e accuratezza dell'imballaggio cos� da far pervenire il lampadario al mio domicilio senza che subisca danni.   • When will you get this model back in stock in silver with CLEAR crystals???

    I have seen this model ceiling lamp for the past 6 months in clear with silver, just like the photo in the instructions section below...When will you be restocking that item ???? I cannot use the darker black color crystals shown here- as you have available now. I need clear with silver asap...as I am finishing renovating my bathroom at will be installing the lighting fixtures very soon! Thank you very much! I am very pleased with your products and customer service- They have been great!!
